Glass fiber is widely used as the raw material of composite materials. At present, glass fiber is widely used in construction, transportation and electronic industries. Before, the main equipment for pyrophyllite grinding was Raymond mill, the output per unit was only about 1 ton, which was low efficiency, high energy consumption and difficult to control the product size.

Pyrophyllite vertical mill uses grinding roller to extrude the material on the grinding plate, and relies on air flow and separator to take the particles that meet the fineness requirements out of the mill, which are collected by the dust collector to form the finished product. In the vertical mill, the larger particles in the air flow fall back to the grinding plate for grinding under the action of gravity. This process needs to be carried out many times to make its fineness meet the requirement.
