Project Overview:
In Yunnan Province, at the foot of a mountain far from the city, there is a brand new mobile crusher and screening plant, which is a 150TPH gravel mobile crusher production line. Due to the consideration of customer site and convenience, customers are recommended to use a mobile crusher station, a mobile truck, including feeding, crushing, sand making, screening and other functions. This mobile crusher is equipped with ZSW490 x110 vibrating feeder, PF1214 impact crusher, 3YA2160 vibrating screen and other equipment. Three kinds of discharge granularity can be realized, which are 0-5mm, 10-20mm and 10-30mm to meet the needs of customers.
Marble processing usually goes through the process of feeding, crushing and screening, and the main equipment used are vibration feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher, circular vibrating screen and so on.
The production process of marble production line is roughly as follows: hopper-> vibrating feeder-> jaw crusher (primary crushing equipment)-> cone crusher (secondary crushing equipment)-> vibrating screen-> conveyor-> particle finished product.
